"Entrepreneurship  Development Program training under DAY-NULM  (Deendayal Antyodaya  Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission) is conducted, targeting City Level  Federations (CLFs), Area Level Federations (ALFs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), as  well as individual and group entrepreneurs in Goa State. This initiative is  issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The  program is being organized by the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) in  collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) -  Goa Centre."
